The Library’s Service Charter it´s a tool used by public administrations and companies to publicly communicate to their users the services they offer, the commitments they assume in the provision of their services and the rights and obligations that they attend. The establishment of these commitments is a measure of social responsibility with which we commit ourselves to maintain our quality level.
