II edition of the campaign for the support and dissemination of the six-year research period; Repository and Transformative Agreements.

We inform you that the Library – Research Support Service, organizes the ‘II edition of the campaign for the support and dissemination of research sexennials; Repository and Transformative Agreements’, aimed at all faculty and research staff of the UMH University Community.
The programmed activities are as follows:
1.- Informative Sessions on the ANECA 2023 model, Institutional Repository – open access, and Transformative Agreements for free publication with APCs.

2.- Realisation ‘Report of Publications ’aimed at teaching staff and researchers with contractual links with the UMH who intend to apply in 2024 for the evaluation of one or several research periods (sexenios) and wish to know the scientific and social impact of their contributions.
Applications:
The deadline for applications will begin on 10 December and end on 20 December 2024. After this date, no new applications will be accepted, although modifications will be made to the reports requested by the deadline, if necessary.
Applications should be sent by e-mail to and the subject line should read ‘sexenios 2024’. A text file must be attached to the message, which must include the following data:
1.- Name and surname
2.- ORCID identifier (if you do not have it, indicate NO)
3.- Nature of your contractual relationship with the UMH
4.- Department/Institute
5.- Field of knowledge (of evaluation)
6.- Express indication if it is the first time that you are applying for a six-year period.
7.- Indication of the order number of the six-year research period to be applied for.
8.- Complete bibliographical reference of each contribution (maximum 10 per six-year period).
9.- Any observations you wish to communicate to the Library.
