The UMH Library, through its research support service, offers advice and, upon request, prepares “Publication Indicator Reports” for faculty and researchers with contractual ties to the UMH who intend to apply for the evaluation of one or more research periods (six-year periods) in 2025.

Applications:

The application period for reports has begun and will end on December 14, 2025. After that date, no new applications will be accepted, although modifications will be made to reports requested within the deadline, if necessary.

Applications must be sent by email to with “Sexenios 2025” in the subject line. A text file (Word, LibreOffice) must be attached to the message, including the following information:

1.- First and last name

2.- ORCID identifier (if you do not have one, indicate NO)

3.- Nature of your contractual relationship with the UMH

4.- Department/Institute

5.- Field of knowledge (assessment)

6.- Express indication if this is the first time you are applying for a six-year term

7.- Indication of the order number of the six-year research period to be requested

8.- Complete bibliographic reference for each contribution (maximum 10 per six-year term)

9.- Any comments you wish to communicate to the Library
