The call for six-year research periods for the year 2025 is approaching, and the Miguel Hernández University Library would like to remind research staff of the importance of preparing and depositing their publications in institutional open access repositories. This step is mandatory in order to comply with the criteria established by ANECA and with current legislation on open science.

️Deadlines and requirements

Publications can be deposited throughout the year, although works submitted for the 2025 six-year period must be deposited before 21 November.

To complete the process, the following documentation must be sent to :

• Signed authorisation form to include the publications.
• PDF files of the publications to be included in the repository.
