Exhibition opening at BiblioLab Creativo in Altea. Creación exprés de espacios comerciales

27 May 2025

Inaugurated today, Tuesday 27th, the exhibition CREACIÓN EXPRÉS DE ESPACIOS COMERCIALES o cómo generar un proyecto en cuatro meses in the BIBLIOLAB CREATIVO of the UMH Library in Altea.

The exhibition shows the work of the students of the 3rd year Fine Arts Degree course (Visual Arts and Design), Spatial Formalisation, where through physical scale models, they directly generate knowledge transfer by generating projects that can be fully realised in the business world.

The main objective of the subject Spatial Formalisation, as well as the entire Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts Syllabus, is to train professionals with a university profile versed in practical, creative, projective and constructive aspects.

The course provides students with the tools and knowledge required to design three-dimensional objects and spaces, especially those dealing with the functional representation of models and projects applied to both the artistic and professional fields. At the same time, the aim is to make him apply this knowledge and skills to carry out his own artistic projects using different media and professional techniques, and the possibility of applying it to the business world.

The result that we find in the BiblioLab Creativo of the Faculty of Fine Arts in Altea, are approaches to small universes that represent the final project of the subject and are accompanied by the corresponding memories in a QR code, which give us a reliable idea of the quality of the projects presented.

The exhibition is curated by Imma Mengual, lecturer and researcher in the Sculpture Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts (UMH), and will remain open until 25 July 2025.
