\"\"<\/a>Last Friday, October 18, the UMH Library celebrated with great success the presentation of the novel El olor de la vieja Europa<\/em><\/strong>, by the author \u00c1lvaro Fern\u00e1ndez, in front of an audience of about 150 people. The event brought together members of the university community and the general public, creating an atmosphere conducive to literary exchange.<\/p>\n

Carolina Bechir, head of the library’s Reading Club, moderated the talk and posed various questions to the author, delving into aspects of the creative and thematic process of the novel.<\/p>\n

\u00c1lvaro, for his part, shared with the audience how the idea for El olor de la vieja Europa<\/em><\/strong> came about and described the documentation work he carried out to recreate the historical context in which the story is set. At the end, copies of the book were signed, where the attendees were able to exchange more personal impressions with the author.<\/p>\n

The University Library thanks all the attendees for their enthusiastic participation, and especially acknowledges the collaboration of the Reading Club in the organization of this literary event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
